  1. Provide clinical expertise and support for Novartis' dermatology portfolio.
  2. Utilize strong background in dermatology to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for the dermatology portfolio.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in dermatology to ensure Novartis remains competitive.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in the dermatology field.
  6. Conduct training and education sessions for internal teams and external partners on Novartis' dermatology products.
  7. Participate in conferences, symposiums, and other events to promote Novartis' dermatology portfolio and gather insights from the medical community.
  8. Analyze market data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making for the dermatology portfolio.
  9. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns for dermatology products.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines in the dermatology field.
  11. Represent Novartis in a professional and ethical manner at all times.
  12. Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
  13. Monitor and report on key performance indicators for the dermatology portfolio.
  14. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to the dermatology portfolio.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, With A Focus On Dermatology Products And Treatments.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design And Execution, With Experience In Managing And Monitoring Clinical Trials.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With A Background In Statistics And/Or Biostatistics.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.

  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Medicine, Or Life Sciences.
