11. Collaborate with HR and talent acquisition teams to ensure diversity and inclusion are prioritized in recruitment and retention efforts.
12. Create and maintain reports and metrics to track progress and communicate results to senior leadership.
13. Serve as a thought leader and advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion within Novartis and the broader healthcare industry.
