  1. Manage and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials for Novartis pharmaceutical products.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including researchers, clinicians, and external partners, to ensure the smooth implementation of clinical trials.
  3. Monitor trial progress and ensure adherence to protocols, regulations, and ethical standards.
  4. Track and analyze trial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Prepare and maintain necessary documentation, such as study protocols, informed consent forms, and study reports.
  6. Communicate trial updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of trials.
  8. Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  9. Mentor and train junior team members on clinical trial processes and procedures.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to clinical research.
  11. Represent Novartis at conferences, meetings, and other events to promote clinical trial activities.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
  13. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the clinical research department.
  14. Ensure the safety and well-being of trial participants by closely monitoring their health and reporting any adverse events.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve trial processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Or Nursing.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Clinical Research, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Company.

  • Strong Understanding Of Clinical Trial Design, Protocol Development, And Gcp Guidelines.

  • Excellent Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks And Meet Deadlines.

  • Demonstrated Leadership Abilities, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Conflict Effectively.
