  1. Analyze and monitor rebate data to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement rebate strategies that align with business objectives.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date rebate agreements with managed care partners.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of rebate payments to managed care partners.
  5. Monitor and reconcile rebate accruals to ensure compliance with financial guidelines and regulations.
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to optimize rebate processes and increase efficiency.
  7. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any rebate-related issues or inquiries.
  8. Conduct research and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape to inform rebate strategies.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with managed care partners to negotiate favorable rebate terms.
  10. Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines related to pharmaceutical rebates and ensure compliance.
  11. Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support business growth and enhance patient access to medications.
  12. Proactively identify risks and opportunities related to rebate processes and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  13. Collaborate with IT teams to enhance rebate data systems and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  14. Provide support and training to junior team members to ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
  15. Represent the Managed Care Rebates team in meetings and presentations to senior management and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Rebate Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Managed Care Contracts And Government Pricing Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical Skills With Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Internal And External Stakeholders.
