- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Develop and implement strategies for AD, NPS design, insights, and competitive intelligence to support Novartis' business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data from various sources and use them to drive decision-making.
- Design and execute NPS surveys to gather feedback from patients and healthcare professionals.
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence resources, including competitor profiles, market share analysis, and industry trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and decisions.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and drive consistency in AD, NPS design, insights, and competitive intelligence efforts.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AD, NPS design, insights, and competitive intelligence strategies and make adjustments as needed.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and tools to support AD, NPS design, insights, and competitive intelligence efforts.
- Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to team members on AD, NPS design, insights, and competitive intelligence topics.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent Novartis at industry conferences and events to gather insights and network with key stakeholders.
- Embody Novartis' mission and values and contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field, Such As Marketing, Business, Or Analytics.
Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Data And Provide Actionable Insights.
Experience With Market Research And Competitive Intelligence, Including Knowledge Of Industry Databases And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Stakeholders.
