  1. Analyze and optimize the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for Novartis to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  2. Develop and implement NPS analytics strategies and initiatives to track and measure performance against set goals and objectives.
  3. Utilize various data sources and analytical tools to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in NPS.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement action plans based on NPS analytics findings.
  5. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on NPS performance and trends.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate NPS data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  7. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform NPS strategies and initiatives.
  8. Utilize advanced statistical methods and data modeling techniques to identify patterns and trends in NPS data.
  9. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure accurate and timely collection and analysis of NPS data.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in NPS analytics and make recommendations for improvement.
  11. Act as a subject matter expert on NPS analytics, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations and guidelines.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment and actively contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  14. Represent Novartis in a professional and ethical manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Analytics And Effectiveness Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Data Analysis And Statistical Methods, Including Experience With Tools Such As Sas And Tableau.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategies To Improve Sales And Marketing Effectiveness.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate Cross-Functionally And Manage A Team.
