7. Monitor evidence-based practice and ensure continuous improvement.
8. Oversee the recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff.
9. Provide guidance and support to all nursing staff in order to promote optimal patient outcomes.
10. Lead initiatives to improve patient satisfaction.
