Supervisor Sterile Processing

As a Supervisor of Sterile Processing at Novant Health, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to a team of Sterile Processing professionals to ensure the safe, efficient and accurate processing of sterile supplies. You will be a critical part of our team, as you will be responsible for maintaining our sterilization processes, monitoring our instrument inventory, and ensuring quality control and compliance with all applicable standards.We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is able to lead a team and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a supervisory role, as well as a minimum of 5 years of experience in sterile processing and familiarity with AAMI/ANSI standards. Additionally, we require a minimum of an Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.We are looking for an individual who is committed to providing exceptional customer service, and who is passionate about helping to ensure an efficient and safe environment for our patients and staff.
