Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies for providing engineering services to Novant Health.
2. Manage and oversee daily operations of a team of engineers and technicians.
3. Direct staff and ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of all engineering services.
4. Monitor and maintain the quality of engineering services to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
5. Maintain accurate records of all engineering services.
6. Work with other departments to ensure all technical aspects of engineering services are completed in a timely manner.
7. Provide leadership and guidance to staff and ensure they are working in a safe and efficient environment.
8. Provide training and development opportunities for engineering staff.
9. Monitor and report on progress of engineering services.
10. Address any customer complaints or concerns regarding engineering services.
