  1. Develop and implement strategies to promote cultural diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  2. Lead and manage a team of cultural ambassadors, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  3. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure diversity and inclusion initiatives are integrated into all aspects of the organization.
  4. Monitor and track progress of diversity and inclusion efforts and provide regular reports to senior management.
  5. Serve as a role model and advocate for cultural competency and inclusivity.
  6. Conduct trainings and workshops to educate employees on diversity and inclusion topics.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with external organizations and resources to enhance diversity and inclusion efforts.
  8. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends related to diversity and inclusion.
  9. Create a safe and inclusive environment for team members to express their thoughts and concerns.
  10. Foster a culture of respect, understanding, and inclusivity within the organization.
  11. Address and resolve any issues related to diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  12. Participate in recruitment and hiring processes to ensure diverse and inclusive candidates are considered.
  13. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote diversity and inclusion initiatives both internally and externally.
  14. Serve as a liaison between different departments, promoting collaboration and inclusivity.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve diversity and inclusion efforts based on feedback and data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Cultural Studies, International Relations, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably Within A Healthcare Or Cultural Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cultural Competency And Its Importance In Healthcare Delivery.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Collaborate With Individuals From Diverse Cultural Backgrounds.

  • Proven Leadership Abilities And The Ability To Mentor And Guide A Team Towards Achieving Organizational Goals And Promoting Cultural Sensitivity And Awareness Within The Workplace.
