1. Provide specialized care to expectant mothers and newborns during the childbirth process.
2. Monitor and assess the health status of both mother and baby before, during, and after delivery.
3. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
4. Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
5. Educate expectant mothers on proper prenatal care and postpartum care.
6. Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for both mother and baby during the labor and delivery process.
7. Monitor and support the progress of labor, including fetal heart rate monitoring and contractions.
8. Provide emotional support and guidance to expectant mothers and their families throughout the childbirth process.
9. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
10. Stay up-to-date on best practices and advancements in maternity care and incorporate them into daily practice.
