High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Safety Attendant At Novant Health Must Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: Candidates Should Have A Current Bls Certification From The American Heart Association Or American Red Cross.
Previous Experience In A Healthcare Setting: Ideal Candidates Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Healthcare Facility Or Clinical Setting, With Knowledge Of Safety Procedures And Protocols.
Strong Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In This Role, As Safety Attendants Must Be Able To Clearly And Calmly Communicate With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Staff In Emergency Situations.
Ability To Handle Physically Demanding Tasks: Safety Attendants May Be Required To Assist With Lifting And Moving Patients, As Well As Standing For Extended Periods Of Time. Candidates Must Be Able To Meet These Physical Demands.
