Safety Attendant

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff, as well as visitors.
2. Monitor the premises and report any safety issues to the appropriate personnel.
3. Respond to emergency situations in a timely and professional manner.
4. Address any customer service issues with tact and diplomacy.
5. Provide support to staff and patients in case of any safety-related incidents.
6. Create and update safety procedures, policies, and protocols.
7. Conduct regular safety checks and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
8. Maintain accurate records of all safety-related incidents.
9. Provide safety-related training and education to staff and patients.
10. Communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders.
