  1. Provide quality and compassionate care to pediatric patients in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
  2. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
  4. Monitor patients' condition and response to treatments, and report any changes or concerns to the physician.
  5. Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and provide guidance on managing medications and treatments at home.
  6. Document all patient care activities accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.
  7. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
  8. Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  9. Serve as a resource and mentor for new nurses and nursing students.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
  11. Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
  12. Comply with all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures related to nursing practice.
  13. Advocate for patients' rights and needs, and ensure they receive high-quality and patient-centered care.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes to enhance the delivery of care and patient satisfaction.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Current Rn License In The State Of North Carolina, With A Minimum Of Two Years Of Experience In A Pediatric Ambulatory Setting.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing Or Related Field, With Preference Given To Candidates With A Master's Degree In Pediatric Nursing.

  • Strong Clinical Skills And Knowledge Of Pediatric Illnesses And Treatments, Including Experience With Pediatric Procedures And Medications.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Pediatric Patients And Their Families.

  • Bls And Pals Certifications, With A Commitment To Maintaining Current Certifications And Staying Up-To-Date On Pediatric Best Practices And Guidelines.
