- Provide respiratory therapy services to patients in accordance with established standards and protocols.
- Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Administer various respiratory therapy treatments and procedures, such as oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, and aerosol therapy.
- Monitor and record patients' responses to treatments and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory health and self-care techniques.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of respiratory equipment.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff.
- Stay up-to-date on current respiratory therapy practices and technology.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
- Provide support and guidance to Respiratory Therapist I and other team members as needed.
- Act as a resource for other healthcare professionals and provide training on respiratory care.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.

Bachelor's Degree In Respiratory Therapy Or Related Field
Current Rrt Certification From The National Board For Respiratory Care (Nbrc)
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting As A Respiratory Therapist
Knowledge And Proficiency In Advanced Respiratory Therapy Treatments And Modalities
Excellent Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Healthcare Environment.
