1. Provide high-quality care to expectant mothers and their newborns in the LDRP unit.
2. Utilize strong background in LDRP nursing to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
3. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
4. Demonstrate critical thinking skills to provide prompt and appropriate interventions in emergency situations.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
6. Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure a safe and comfortable delivery experience.
7. Monitor and assist with labor progress, administer medications, and provide education and support to mothers during delivery.
8. Assess and care for newborns, providing necessary treatments and interventions.
9. Promote and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and their families.
10. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and standards of care.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and keep up-to-date with current nursing practices and techniques.
12. Demonstrate compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients and their families.
13. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
14. Act as a resource for other healthcare team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
15. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
