1. Coordinate and manage the Registered Nurse Residency program for the Summer 2025 cohort in all markets.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools and universities to recruit top talent for the program.
3. Oversee the application and selection process for the program, ensuring all candidates meet the eligibility requirements.
4. Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of improvement and develop curriculum to enhance the residency experience.
5. Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new residents, providing them with all necessary information and resources.
