- Coordinate and manage the Registered Nurse Residency program for the Summer 2025 cohort in all markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with nursing schools and universities to recruit top talent for the program.
- Oversee the application and selection process for the program, ensuring all candidates meet the eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with the nursing leadership team to identify areas of improvement and develop curriculum to enhance the residency experience.
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding for new residents, providing them with all necessary information and resources.
