Responsibilities:

1. Administer patient care in an outpatient setting, adhering to nursing standards and regulations.
2. Demonstrate effective communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
3. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, evaluating patient progress and modifying plans of care accordingly.
4. Monitor, assess, and document patient vital signs and health information.
5. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the delivery of quality, cost-effective care.
6. Provide patient and family education and support.
7. Perform patient assessments, laboratory tests, and other diagnostic procedures.
8. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
9. Maintain accurate patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
10. Remain current with healthcare trends and best practices.
