1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to women during all stages of labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum.
2. Utilize your expertise and knowledge of women's health to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
3. Monitor and assess the health of mothers and newborns, and provide appropriate interventions as needed.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
5. Educate patients and their families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care.
6. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, including patient assessments, treatments, and medications.
7. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
8. Participate in ongoing professional development and maintain current knowledge of advancements in women's health and childbirth practices.
9. Act as an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
11. Follow infection control and safety protocols to prevent the spread of disease and maintain a safe environment for patients and staff.
