1. Provide personalized and compassionate care to patients on the Inpatient Rehabilitation team at Novant Health.
2. Monitor and assess patients' physical and emotional well-being, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and ensure accuracy and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
4. Educate patients and their families on their conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques to promote optimal recovery.
