1. Provide safe and efficient transportation for critically ill patients to Novant Health facilities.
2. Utilize advanced clinical skills and knowledge to assess and care for patients during transport.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest level of care and patient outcomes.
4. Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients, family members, and healthcare team members.
5. Monitor and maintain equipment and supplies to ensure proper functioning and availability for transport.
