  1. Provide exceptional care to pediatric patients in an ambulatory specialty setting.
  2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans for pediatric patients.
  3. Monitor and assess the health status of pediatric patients, including vital signs, growth and development, and emotional well-being.
  4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and treatment plans.
  6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  7. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
  8. Serve as an advocate for pediatric patients and their families, addressing their concerns and needs.
  9. Stay updated on current best practices and evidence-based guidelines for pediatric care.
  10. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless and coordinated care for pediatric patients.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.
  12. Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for pediatric patients and their families.
  13. Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication with all team members, patients, and families.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve upon pediatric care processes and procedures.
  15. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in pediatric patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Bls Certification From The American Heart Association.

  • Current And Active Rn License In The State Of Employment.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Pediatric Nursing.

  • Additional Certification In Pediatric Nursing, Such As Certified Pediatric Nurse (Cpn) Or Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (Pncb), Preferred.
