Registered Nurse - Admission, Discharge & Transfer Observation

To be successful in this role, you must possess a valid Registered Nurse license and at least two years of experience in the acute care setting. Responsibilities:

1. Assess patient condition and develop individualized patient care plans.
2. Provide direct patient care in the acute care setting.

4. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
5. Document patient care services and maintain accurate patient records.
