Reg Communication Specialist (NHRMC Only)

- Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively engage with patients, employees, and the community.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate communication.
- Create and distribute communication materials, including emails, newsletters, social media posts, and website content.
- Monitor and respond to inquiries and feedback from patients, employees, and the community.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends and developments to ensure relevant and impactful communication.
- Conduct research and gather data to support communication initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate and organize events and initiatives to promote healthcare services and initiatives.
- Train and educate employees on effective communication techniques and strategies.
- Maintain a positive and professional image of the organization through all communication channels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve communication processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Communication Or Public Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Information To Various Audiences.
Proficient In Microsoft Office Suite And Experience With Content Management Systems.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Industry And Understanding Of Hipaa Regulations And Patient Confidentiality.
