We’re seeking a dynamic, innovative, and dedicated individual who will be responsible for identifying and sourcing qualified candidates to fill organizational vacancies. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruitment and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional candidate experience.To be successful in this role, you should have excellent interpersonal skills, be organized, and have a good understanding of recruitment processes and laws. Responsibilities:

1. Identify and source qualified candidates to fill organizational vacancies.
2. Utilize recruitment software to efficiently manage recruitment processes.
3. Establish relationships with potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
4. Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
5. Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Monitor recruitment metrics and create reports to update stakeholders on recruitment progress.
7. Stay up-to-date on recruitment trends and best practices.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant recruitment laws and regulations.
9. Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events.
10. Remain proactive and flexible in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
