  1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the radiology department in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist in scheduling and coordinating radiology appointments, ensuring efficient use of resources and timely delivery of services.
  3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed properly.
  4. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
  5. Collaborate with radiology staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure smooth flow of patient care and timely completion of procedures.
  6. Manage and organize patient files, images, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
  7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of radiology supplies and equipment, and coordinate with appropriate departments for restocking and maintenance.
  8. Provide administrative support to radiology team, including but not limited to answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules.
  9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and visitors to address their concerns and ensure a positive experience.
  10. Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  11. Train and mentor new staff members as needed to ensure smooth onboarding and integration into the radiology department.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and efficiency in radiology operations, and make recommendations to management.
  13. Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on industry developments and best practices.
  14. Uphold the organization's mission, values, and standards of behavior in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and the community.

Job Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree In Healthcare Administration Or Related Field

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In Radiology Operations

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures Related To Radiology

  • Proficient In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Scheduling Software

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.
