Radiology Operations Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of our Radiology department's operations, from helping to ensure the safety of our patients to managing office operations. Responsibilities:

1. Assist with ensuring the safety of patients by following safety protocols and procedures in the Radiology department.
2. Manage office operations, such as scheduling appointments, filing patient records, and coordinating with other departments.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patients, procedures, and payments.
4. Provide excellent patient care by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
6. Utilize medical terminology to accurately communicate with patients.
7. Maintain a flexible schedule and adjust to changing needs of the department.
8. Utilize organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage office operations.
9. Remain current on healthcare regulations and best practices.
10. Follow all relevant policies and procedures.
