Our Psychiatrist will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate will possess an MD or DO and be board certified in Psychiatry, as well as have a minimum of two years’ experience in child and adolescent psychiatry. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including comprehensive evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment planning • Utilize evidence-based practices and develop individualized treatment plans for patients • Monitor patient progress and update treatment plans accordingly • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records • Work collaboratively with other medical professionals to ensure best possible patient care • Develop positive relationships with patients and families • Provide education and resources to patients and families • Attend conferences and continuing education opportunities to stay current on best practices and treatments • Adhere to all standards and regulations set forth by Novant Health and the medical field • Maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
