1. Provide direct patient care and support to individuals with mental health disorders.
2. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
3. Monitor and document patients' progress and behavior, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
4. Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients by following all safety protocols and procedures.
5. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to provide information, support, and education regarding mental health disorders.
6. Administer and monitor medications as prescribed by healthcare providers.
