1. Provide individualized therapy and support to patients with mental health issues.
2. Conduct initial assessments and create treatment plans based on patient needs.
3. Monitor and track patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
4. Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for patients.
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
6. Stay current with developments in the field of mental health and incorporate evidence-based practices into treatment.
7. Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all interactions with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
8. Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude towards patients and their families.
