
Program Manager - Rehabilitation

- Develop and implement strategic plans for rehabilitation programs, in alignment with Novant Health's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech-language pathologists, to ensure high-quality and comprehensive rehabilitation services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of rehabilitation programs, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to rehabilitation services.
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for rehabilitation staff, promoting teamwork, communication, and professional growth.
- Serve as a liaison between rehabilitation programs and other departments within Novant Health, promoting integration and coordination of care.
- Effectively communicate with patients, families, and other stakeholders about rehabilitation services, promoting understanding and engagement.
- Identify opportunities for program improvement and lead initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as community organizations and insurance providers, to enhance rehabilitation services and support program growth.
- Provide regular reports and updates to leadership on program performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- Represent Novant Health and the rehabilitation program at internal and external meetings, conferences, and events.
- Adhere to Novant Health's policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Management, Rehabilitation Sciences, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Program Management, Preferably In A Rehabilitation Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Best Practices In Rehabilitation Services, Including Evidence-Based Treatment Modalities And Regulatory Requirements.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Healthcare Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Build Relationships Within The Organization And Community.
