- Provide high-quality, personalized care to patients under the direction of experienced therapists.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and effective care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve mobility, strength, and overall function.

- Stay current on best practices and advancements in physical therapy to continuously improve patient care.
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients and their families.
- Collaborate with insurance companies and other relevant parties to obtain authorization for treatment and ensure proper billing.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development and improvement of departmental processes and policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Continuously assess and improve upon personal skills and knowledge through professional development opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree In Physical Therapy Or Related Field From An Accredited Institution.
Valid State License As A Physical Therapist Assistant.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In An Acute Care Or Rehabilitation Facility.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
Ability To Perform Physical Therapy Treatments And Interventions Under The Supervision Of A Licensed Physical Therapist.
