- Conduct regular performance evaluations for pharmacy staff and provide feedback for improvement.
- Act as a liaison between the pharmacy department and other departments within the organization.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, answering any questions or concerns related to medications.

- Act as a role model for the pharmacy team, demonstrating a commitment to exceptional patient care and service.
A Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharm.d.) Degree From An Accredited Institution.
A Valid And Active Pharmacist License In The State Of Employment.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist, With At Least 1 Year In A Leadership Or Management Role.
Knowledge Of State And Federal Pharmacy Laws And Regulations, Including Dea And Fda Requirements.
