The successful candidate must have a strong background in medical office operations, including scheduling, registration, and insurance verification, as well as knowledge of office procedures, medical terminology, and coding. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred, but not required. Additionally, the Patient Services Coordinator Lead - Neurology & Sleep must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service-oriented setting. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient visits for the Neurology & Sleep Departments
• Handle inquiries and provide comprehensive patient care
• Ensure patient care is timely and efficient
• Schedule appointments and verify insurance
• Ensure accuracy of patient information
• Maintain patient records and other confidential information
• Monitor patient flow and identify any issues related to patient care
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follow office procedures and medical terminology
• Understand and apply medical coding
• Train and mentor colleagues in patient services procedures
