As a Patient Services Coordinator IV, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative and clerical aspects of patient care.   1. Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Coordinate and manage all administrative and clerical aspects of patient care.
  3. Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate patient records.
  4. Verify insurance information and communicate any coverage or payment issues to patients.
  5. Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.
  6. Collect patient payments and process insurance claims.
  7. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure timely and accurate patient care.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and caregivers.
  9. Address patient inquiries and concerns in a timely and compassionate manner.
  10. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and privacy laws.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  12. Train and mentor new patient services coordinators as needed.
  13. Keep accurate records of patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.
  14. Continuously strive to improve the patient experience and identify areas for improvement.
  15. Communicate and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care.
  16. Utilize electronic medical records and other computer programs to manage patient information.
  17. Attend regular staff meetings and trainings to stay updated on healthcare policies and procedures.
  18. Act as a liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies.
  19. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  20. Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Insurance Policies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.
