  1. Coordinate and manage patient services, ensuring that all patients receive the highest level of care and support.
  2. Utilize strong organizational skills to oversee patient appointments, referrals, and scheduling.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, insurance information, and treatment plans.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each patient.
  6. Monitor patient progress and provide ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  7. Coordinate with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and payments.
  8. Utilize knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance procedures to ensure the highest level of quality care for patients.
  9. Serve as a resource and advocate for patients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have about their care.
  10. Stay current on industry trends and advancements, and utilize this knowledge to continuously improve patient services and processes.
  11. Serve as a role model for other team members, promoting a positive and compassionate work environment.
  12. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in patient care and customer service.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations in handling patient information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.

  • Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Hipaa And Medicare.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Family Members, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And Ability To Multitask In A Fast-Paced Environment.
