- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, insurance information, and treatment plans.

Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Or Customer Service Role.
Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Hipaa And Medicare.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Patients, Family Members, And Healthcare Professionals.
