  1. Coordinating and managing various administrative tasks and processes to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  2. Maintaining organized and accurate patient records and information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Electronic Medical Records Systems And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Patient Services Role.

  • Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Professionals.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Processes, And Hipaa Regulations.
