  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, families, and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming environment for all.
  2. Handle all patient inquiries and concerns with sensitivity, professionalism, and empathy, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care services, ensuring that all necessary information and documentation is accurate and complete.
  4. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with all privacy and confidentiality regulations.
  5. Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  6. Proactively identify and address potential issues that may impact the patient experience, escalating to appropriate parties as needed.
  7. Serve as a resource for patients and their families, providing information and guidance on a variety of healthcare-related topics.
  8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  9. Continuously monitor and improve processes to enhance the patient experience and streamline operations.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to inform and improve patient services.
  11. Support the development and implementation of patient-centered initiatives and programs.
  12. Train and mentor new team members to ensure consistency and quality in patient services.
  13. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as regulatory and legal requirements.
  14. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
  15. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing Novant Health in a positive light.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Patient Services Coordination Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Compliance Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Proficient In Electronic Medical Record Systems And Microsoft Office Applications.
