- Assess patients' needs and work to develop personalized care plans that meet their individual healthcare goals and preferences.
- Serve as a resource for patients, providing information about Novant Health's services, programs, and resources.
- Actively listen to patient feedback and concerns, working to resolve any issues and improve the overall patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in patient engagement and relationship building, bringing new ideas and initiatives to the team.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and services provided, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the overall patient experience at Novant Health.
Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Customer Service Or Patient Relations Role.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Patients, Families, And Healthcare Providers.
Strong Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Healthcare Industry Regulations.
