Current Certification As A Paramedic From An Accredited Program: This Is A Basic Requirement For Any Paramedic Position And Ensures That The Candidate Has The Necessary Knowledge And Skills To Perform The Job Effectively.
State Licensure: In Addition To Certification, Candidates Must Also Hold A Valid State License To Practice As A Paramedic. This Ensures That They Are Legally Authorized To Provide Medical Care In Emergency Situations.
