1. Provide compassionate and comprehensive psychiatric care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
2. Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations and ongoing assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
3. Prescribe and monitor medications based on patient needs and response.
4. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
5. Participate in treatment team meetings and provide input on patient care plans.
6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and progress notes.
7. Educate patients and their families on mental health diagnoses, treatment options, and medication management.
