1. Coordinate and guide patients through their cancer care journey, providing support and advocacy throughout the process.
2. Utilize expertise in oncology to educate and inform patients about their treatment options and potential side effects.
3. Collaborate with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
4. Act as a liaison between patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective communication and continuity of care.
