Mobile Outreach Specialist

Novant Health is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Mobile Outreach Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our mission to provide exceptional, patient-centered care, the Mobile Outreach Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and building relationships with our patients and the community.The ideal candidate should have a strong background in community health and/or public health programming, preferably with a focus on mobile health/outreach. They should also be an outstanding communicator, able to effectively interact with patients, families, and other healthcare providers. Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional, patient-centered care to patients and families.
2. Build relationships with patients and members of the community.
3. Develop and execute effective mobile health and outreach programming.

7. Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices and industry trends.
8. Remain knowledgeable of all Novant Health policies and procedures.
