  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the heart failure program in collaboration with other healthcare leaders.
  2. Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the heart failure program, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
  3. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and guidelines for heart failure management.
  4. Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in heart failure treatment and incorporate them into the program.
  5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to heart failure care.
  6. Evaluate and monitor program outcomes, making necessary adjustments and improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
  7. Educate and train team members on best practices for heart failure management.
  8. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment for all team members, promoting a culture of excellence in patient care.
  9. Serve as a resource and consultant for physicians, staff, and patients on heart failure management.
  10. Participate in community outreach and education programs to raise awareness and promote early detection and prevention of heart failure.
  11. Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams to promote the heart failure program and increase patient volume.
  12. Attend and participate in relevant conferences, seminars, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
  13. Act as a liaison between the heart failure program and other departments within the healthcare organization.
  14. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to the heart failure program.
  15. Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

Job Qualifications
  • Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution

  • Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty Such As Cardiology Or Internal Medicine

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Heart Failure Management And Treatment

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals

  • Knowledge Of Current Guidelines And Best Practices For Heart Failure Treatment And Management, Including Experience With Advanced Therapies Such As Lvads And Heart Transplant.
