- Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the heart failure program, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based protocols and guidelines for heart failure management.
- Stay informed about the latest advancements and research in heart failure treatment and incorporate them into the program.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to heart failure care.
- Evaluate and monitor program outcomes, making necessary adjustments and improvements to enhance patient outcomes.
- Educate and train team members on best practices for heart failure management.

- Serve as a resource and consultant for physicians, staff, and patients on heart failure management.

- Attend and participate in relevant conferences, seminars, and meetings to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Act as a liaison between the heart failure program and other departments within the healthcare organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports related to the heart failure program.
- Serve as a role model for ethical and professional behavior, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.
Medical Degree (Md Or Do) From An Accredited Institution
Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty Such As Cardiology Or Internal Medicine
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Heart Failure Management And Treatment
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Healthcare Professionals
Knowledge Of Current Guidelines And Best Practices For Heart Failure Treatment And Management, Including Experience With Advanced Therapies Such As Lvads And Heart Transplant.
