1. Develop and implement strategies to ensure Novant Health's compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.

9. Lead and manage a team of compliance professionals, providing direction, coaching, and development opportunities.
10. Prepare and present reports to leadership on compliance status, areas for improvement, and progress made in maintaining compliance.
11. Serve as a resource and expert on all accreditation and regulatory matters for the organization.
12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures related to compliance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Respond to any compliance-related inquiries or concerns from patients, employees, or regulatory agencies in a timely and professional manner.
14. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
15. Represent Novant Health at industry conferences and events related to accreditation and regulatory compliance.
