Welcome to the Novant Health team! We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Local Float Pool Team for Critical Care.   1. Provide exceptional patient care: As a Registered Nurse in our Local Float Pool Team for Critical Care, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in critical care units.

Job Qualifications
  • Active Rn License: Candidates Must Possess A Valid And Active Registered Nurse (Rn) License In The State Of North Carolina, As Well As Any Other States In Which They May Be Required To Work.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Critical Care Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Critical Care Setting, Such As An Intensive Care Unit (Icu) Or A Cardiac Care Unit (Ccu).

  • Bls And Acls Certification: Candidates Should Be Certified In Basic Life Support (Bls) And Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Acls) By The American Heart Association (Aha). These Certifications Are Essential For Providing Emergency Care In Critical Care Situations.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: As A Member Of The Local Float Pool Team, The Rn Must Be Able To Adapt To Different Work Environments And Patient Populations. Flexibility In Scheduling And Willingness To Work Different Shifts Is Also Important.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Skills: The Rn Must Possess Strong Communication And Teamwork Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Members Of The Healthcare Team, Including Physicians, Nurses, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Is Crucial In A Fast-Paced Critical Care Environment.
