  1. Provide compassionate care to patients in accordance with established nursing standards and protocols.
  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  3. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate medical personnel.
  4. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  5. Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

  10. Stay current with industry standards and best practices through continuing education and training opportunities.
  11. Provide support and guidance to less experienced healthcare team members.
  12. Demonstrate professionalism and maintain confidentiality at all times.

  14. Comply with all regulatory and legal requirements related to healthcare practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Lpn License: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid License As A Licensed Practical Nurse In The State Of Mountainview, Ensuring They Have Met All Educational And Training Requirements.

  • Relevant Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working As An Lpn In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Medical Facility.

  • Basic Life Support (Bls) Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Current Bls Certification, Demonstrating Their Ability To Respond To Emergency Situations And Provide Basic Life Support.

  • Strong Communication Skills: As An Lpn At Novant Health, Effective Communication With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals Is Essential. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Oral And Written Communication Skills.

  • Team Player: Novant Health Values Collaboration And Teamwork, And As An Lpn, The Candidate Should Be Able To Work Well With Others In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment. They Should Also Be Able To Take Direction From Superiors And Support The Overall Goals Of The Team.
