Licensed Practical Nurse - Critical Care

Novant Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Critical Care team. In this role, you will provide patient-centered care and promote wellness in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a candidate who is a team-player, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently. Our ideal candidate has a current LPN license in the State of North Carolina, at least one year of experience in a hospital or critical care setting, and BLS certification.If you are passionate about providing excellent patient care and enjoy being part of a collaborative team, then this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced, critical care environment
• Promote wellness and follow established care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in team meetings and complete documentation as needed
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Monitor and assess patients’ vital signs and medical histories
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
