- Design and implement leadership and organizational development strategies to enhance the overall capabilities of Novant Health leaders and teams.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement by promoting and implementing effective change management practices.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to enhance leadership and team performance.
- Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Conduct needs assessments and create action plans to address leadership and organizational development gaps.
- Coach and mentor leaders at all levels to promote effective leadership skills and behaviors.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and organizational development initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in leadership and organizational development to continuously enhance Novant Health's programs.
- Act as a consultant and provide guidance to leaders and teams on various organizational development matters.
- Serve as a key member of the Human Resources team, collaborating with other HR professionals to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Leadership And Organizational Development, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Master's Degree In Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Designing And Implementing Leadership Development Programs And Initiatives.
Strong Understanding Of Change Management Principles And Experience Leading Organizational Change Initiatives.
Excellent Communication, Facilitation, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
