  1. Perform regular maintenance and repairs on medical instruments and supplies to ensure they are functioning properly and meet safety standards.
  2. Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed, as well as inventory levels of supplies and equipment.
  3. Communicate effectively with medical staff and other team members to understand their needs and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  4. Monitor and track the usage of medical instruments and supplies to ensure adequate levels are maintained and replacements are ordered as needed.
  5. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures when handling and maintaining medical equipment and supplies.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with medical equipment or supplies.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry advancements and new technologies in medical equipment to ensure the most efficient and effective use of resources.
  8. Train and educate other team members on proper handling and maintenance of medical instruments and supplies.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to equipment and supplies.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and quality of service.
  11. Act as a resource for other team members and provide support and guidance as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory standards, in the performance of duties.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Certification Or Training In Medical Instrumentation Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In A Healthcare Setting, Preferably In A Similar Role

  • Strong Knowledge Of Medical Equipment And Supplies, Including Troubleshooting And Maintenance

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Team Environment.
